Willie Carolyn Abercromie was born to the late, Mr. Wilmer and Mary Jean McGee on March 23, 1952, who both preceeded her in death. Carolyn enjoyed life to the fullest. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. As a young child, her favorite hobby was to capture butterflies. She believed butterflies was the most beautiful creation that God created. Carolyn also enjoyed fishing. She would sit for hours on end. It didn’t matter how long it took to catch one, she enjoyed the moment waiting for the big catch. Sometimes the big one ended up being small, but she was doing what she enjoyed.
Carolyn was a loving sister that you could call on in the time of need. She had the ability to find happiness in any activities of daily life. Her spontaneous personality was contagious to everyone that she met. Carolyn will be missed, but the memories that she created while she lived, will last a lifetime.
Carolyn is survived by: her loving husband; William Abercromie, four children; Roy Lee Mcgee, whom preceeded her in death, Ray Lee Mcgee, Bobby (Necole) Ray Mcgee and Jackie Lashell Mcgee, ten siblings; Jean (Jimmy) Gray, Essie May Patrick, Baby Ruth Gray, Wilmer Jr. Mcgee, Johnny Jerome (Lisa) Mcgee, Linda Sue (Tommy) Smith, Jimmy Lee (Ada) Mcgee, Johnny Lee (Annette) Mcgee, Willie Earl (Netta) Mcgee and Freddie Jr. (Sue Anne) Mcgee, three grandchildren; Micheal Tyrone (Dhannon) Mcgee, Bobbie Natrez Mcgee and Emma Mcgee, great niece; Tracy Myhand and a host of nephews, nieces and cousins.
