Tasha McKenzie

Our angel Tasha Lanet McKenzie “Bell” was born January 26, 1973 to the late Evelina McKenzie and Billy Joe Shipman in Enterprise, AL. At the age of 9 she was adopted by Mary McKenzie. She will be received in death by her mother Evelina McKenzie; father Billy Joe Shipman; grandmother Mae Lou Jones; and her sister Stephanie Hylton. Tasha Lanet McKenzie “Bell” passed away on December 14, 2022, at the age of 49 with her family and friends by her side. Tasha Lanet McKenzie “Bell” graduated from Enterprise High School in 1992. She then got her Associates of Art degree in Elementary Education on September 13, 2010 and Nursing degree on August 05, 2004. She worked at Elba Nursing Home with two of her special friends Margarett Brown and Faye Lee. 
She leaves to cherish her son Bryant Keith Henderson and her granddaughter Jennasis Skai Henderson. Her adopted kids Raheen “Boogie” , Ayevion “Diamond”, Aryanah,  Evelina, Guidance “G” and her Golden Girls, Connie and Sherina. Six sisters; Maelean McKenzie, Mary McKenzie, Betty McKenzie, Dorothy Brooks (Eric) all of Enterprise, Al., Marilyn Smith of Union Springs, AL., April Young  (Darryll) of Alexander City, AL. Four brothers; Johnny McKenzie (Vee), David McKenzie (Charlene), Eddie Ray Hicks all of Enterprise, Al. and William McKenzie (Donna) of Lansing, Michigan. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends
