Shebie Horace was born on September 01, 1941 in Elba, Alabama to late, Coleman Berry and Elizabeth Meoley. She was a very nice and caring person. She married the love of her life (Willie Mack) and was a devoted wife and mother to one son (Raymond).

Shebie was a faithful member of Betham church and served whole heartly. She was truly loved and will be missed.
