Scotty was born Sept 22, 1955 to mother to, Jeanette Harris and father Renda Jackson. He graduated from Warren Smith High School in New Brockton, AL. As a young man Scotty wore many hats. He worked in Florida, but later returned back to Alabama. Scotty worked at Congo for 10 years, Sessions Peanut Company for 15 years, City of Enterprise for 15 years and Handy Man with Keith Groom for 15 years. Scotty loved fishing, but didn’t like hunting. Scotty said , “Rabbit aint looking for you, don’t look for them. Scotty had several nick names, Bo Jack Bo, Hair Bear, Scatter Jack and many others. Everyone knew him as Scotty Jackson and he was a friend to everyone. He made friends at the nursing home, even though he was there only a short time. Scotty was preceded in death by one niece, Jennifer Jackson and one nephew, Omar Williams. He leaves to cherish his life; wife; Annie Pearl Jackson, two sons, Scottie James and James Solomon., Dothan, Al, two daughters; Jessica and Lucy Solomon, Enterprise, AL, sister; Joann (Robert) Williams, uncle; Bill Harris, one aunt; Ollie Mae Harris, Spring Field, MS, one niece; Bridgett Jackson, two nephews; Warrick Haynes, Robert Williams III, 12 grandchildren, 4 step children; Henry, Darrell, Shannon and Angela, a host of family and friends.
