Ruby Frazier

Ms. Ruby Dean Frazier, “Babe D” joined her belated husband, Willie Fred Frazier, on April 13, 2021. She was born on April 12, 1959 to the union of William Willie Baldwin and Eula Mae Byrd (both deceased) in Coffee County, AL. She was a devoted and loving mother. She leaves to cherish her memories to her sweet gifts in the persons as her children: Delynndeao Baldwin (Marcelle), Derrick D. Edwards, Arlerria T. Edwards, and LaWonder U. Edwards. She has six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She was adored by her siblings: the late Johnny Richard Baldwin, the late Wayne Baldwin, Willlie B. Baldwin (Wanda), Tommy Baldwin, Kennedy Baldwin (Jeanetta), Leon Baldwin (Amy) and Brenda Y. Byrd.
