Patricia Ann Smith, age 65, of Opp, Alabama passed away at the Opp Mizell Memorial Hospital on Sunday, August 16, 2020.

Patricia is survived by her daughters; Linda Rena Mitchell, Penny (Frank) Robinson; Son, Jason Cole; brothers and sisters, Grady “Donnie" Smith, Janice Howard, Terry “Max” Smith, Kathy (Russell) Fletcher, Jerry (Sherrie) Smith; 7 grandkids; 2 great grandkids. Patricia had numerous nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her sister, Pauline Smith; brother, Steve Smith; parents; Doris B. & Grady Solomon Smith.
