Nellie Mae McLeod
Nellie Mae McLeod was born on February 25, 1959 in Barbour County, Alabama to Limmie Calvin McLeod and Susie Lee McLeod. She departed this earth on December 28, 2021 at Medical Center Enterprise.
Nellie was a faithful and active member of First United Pentecostal Church in Opp, AL. She was a homemaker and helped raise her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Nellie loved to cook and she would feed any and everybody. She loved to spend quality time with her family. If you knew Nellie, you knew she was very outspoken and didn’t mind speaking her mind.
Nellie is preceded in death by both parents, her siblings; Wilson, William, and Annie Deloise, two aunts; Lillie Bell Eutsey and Mammie Loise Eutsey, an uncle; Harold Eutsey, great nephew; Khamani Sanders and great niece; Shi’Quan Pouncey.
Nellie is survived by her siblings: Mary Alice (Arthur) Anderson, Patricia (Mason) Robinson and Felicia Gray, children; Selina McLeod (Larry Tyrues), Sandra McLeod (Kelly McCloud), LeVaughn McLeod, Ashley McLeod (Willie Wilkerson Jr.), grandchildren; Keyuante Copes, Dinazhia (Rodrick) Hayes, Kreonche McLeod, Dajah (Demetriyunte) Smith, Al’tazcia McLeod, DeVaughn McLeod, Ty'Quan McLeod, Shuntazcia Dennard, Nigel McLeod, De’Shawn McLeod, Willie Wilkerson III, A'Treal Wilkerson, Keaire McLeod, Zyaire McLeod and seven great grandchildren, a special niece, Latricia McLeod. A special aunt; Betty Reese and special nephew; Kevin Mcleod. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
