Melody Marie Jones

Melody Marie James (Banana) was born to the Late Mr. Otis James Jr and the Late Helen Marie Johnson on November 13, 1965, in St. Petersburg, Florida.

Melody James was a very free spirit and did not meet a stranger. She attend school in the Enterprise City School Systems.  Early in life she become a member of Southside Church of Christ and later in life joined Adams Street Church of Christ. She was joined in holy matrimony to the late Troy C. Jones, Sr. 

She proceed in death by her sister Dorinda James, brother Wayne James, her niece Tempestt James, her grandparents, and host of relatives that she loved dearly.

Her love, memories and spirit will keep being cherished by her Daughter Yamkneeka Jones, Enterprise her two sons Troy Jones Jr and David Green, Enterprise, her baby sister Regena Adams, Enterprise, her 11 grandchildren, 4 great grand kids, Aunt Willie Pearl Smith, Enterprise, host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins that love her dearly. She had a host of good friends but her two that stayed on her was, Liz Knight and Sarah Barker.  Melody touched each of you in such a special way and she loved all that loved her back.
