Lucy M. Rodgers

Mrs. Lucy Mae Rodgers was born on July 22,1953 to the late Ezekiel and Mattie Mae Robinson Jr. in Letohachee, Alabama. Lucy Mae was united in holy matrimony to Rev. Moses Rodgers on April 13, 1969. They had a wonderful life of loving the lord and touching a lot of people through her life of serving God. The union produced two beautiful children Patrick Rodgers of Huntsville, Al, and Denise (Richard) Lane of Opp, Al. She also leaves to cherish three beautiful grandchildren, De’Aundre Rodgers 18, Benjamin Lane 12, and Destiney Lane 12. She was preceded in death by both parents, one son-in-law Curtis Ray Hughes, two brothers Ezekiel Robinson III, Joe Lee Robinson, two brother-in-law Warren Ringstaff, Charles Howard, two sisters Clara Ringstaff, Idella Robinson and sister-in-law Mattie Rodgers. She leaves to cherish her memories a loving husband Rev. Moses Rodgers of Opp, Al. Four sisters Harriett (Lorenzo) Robinson Montgomery, Al., Claudine Ringstaff, Ovella Howard, Lorene Robinson, Christine Robinson of different states. One brother Arthur Ray Robinson. She also has sister in laws and brother in laws who she leaves behind Estella (M.C.) Lawrence Elba, Al, Joseph (Annie) Rodgers Opp, Al., Lady B. Rodgers Elba, Al., Shelma (Wilford) Knox Elba, Al. Peggy Craig Elba, Al., J.C.(Juanita) Rodgers Elba, Al, and Adam Rodgers Elba, Al. Including a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
