Lashondriea Jones

LaShondriea Charkia Jones was a woman who lit up every room and whose kindness touched every soul she met. She was granted her angel wings on August 19, 2025. Yet her life would seem too short too many, those who were touched by her understands that the quality of existence far exceeds the quantity of time in which one lives.
 With that being said she lived a loving, purposeful, and fulfilling life. Born In Newark, NJ she was the daughter of the late Jacqueline  Jones and Michael James. She graduated from Trenton School for the deaf. She enjoyed eating seafood boils, playing uno, shopping, being with her kids and grandchildren, and watching Lifetime movies. She will be remembered for her contagious smile, her boldness, the way she accessorized and kept up with the latest fashion, being an overly caring person, an outstanding mother, a great sister, a loving grandparent, and a positive friend. 
She is survived by children Belinda Jones-Pitt, Lakia Jones-Pitt, and Charles Jones-Pitt. Finance: Cornelius Crawford; step daughter; Ashanti Crawford Grandchildren: Oaklynn Mobley, Braylon Copes, Bryson Shufford, Brynlee Shufford, and Nyles Jones-Pitt. Siblings: Al-Toriek Jones Washington, Michael James (Cassandra James), and Crystal James. She leaves behind a legacy of love, strength and hope, and her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her.
