Justo Quinones-Avecedo

Justo “Luis Angel” Quinones, born on August 6, 1941, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on December 28, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with cancer. A beloved father, he cherished his son, Angel Quinones, and shared a special bond with his dear Aunt Lillian, who held a significant place in his heart.

Luis Angel was also a proud grandfather who deeply loved and cherished his grandchildren. He delighted in their laughter and presence, finding immense joy in the time spent with them.

Known for his kind and compassionate nature, Luis Angel was a great listener who was always there when you needed him. He had a deep love for sports and playing games, which brought him happiness and camaraderie. Luis Angel also held a profound love for his homeland, Puerto Rico, and carried pride for his country throughout his life.
Luis Angel’s life was rich with meaningful connections and a deep love for his family. His unwavering support, gentle presence, and enduring strength will be remembered by all who knew him. May his memory live on in the hearts of his loved ones and all who were fortunate enough to share in his journey.  Rest in peace, Luis Angel
