John Window Sr.

In Loving Memory of John  Window Sr. January 19, 1967 to June 10, 2025 John Window Sr. Age 58 of Enterprise , Alabama passed away peacefully at his home June 10, 2025. Born on January 19, 1967 in Bunnell Florida. John was a cherished, father , grandfather, son, brother, uncle and friend. He was deeply loved by his mother, brother’s sons, nieces , cousins, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.  John was known for his quiet strength and gentle spirit, always bringing calm and kindness into every space entered. He had a unique passion for cooking, fishing and discovering his hidden treasures as a dedicated treasure trader.

A proud and dedicated Veteran John honorably served in the United States Army from 2001 to 2014 his nearly 14 years of service included tours in Kuwait and Iraq during which he earned numerous commendations , including seven army commendation medals and three army achievement medals, a testament to his bravery, discipline and commitment. He is preceded in death by his daughter: LaCoya Lashawn Denton. He is survived by his loving mother Mildred Neely; his loving sons: John R. Window Jr. and Curtis T. Window; devoted, brothers Mills a Golden and James Window, his beloved granddaughter, Nova L. Window, his dear aunt Doris (James) Howell, and a host of nieces, cousins and extended family who will forever carry his memory in their heart. John will be remembered for his humble heart, his quiet courage, the special love for his sons, and the unwavering love he gave to his family and friends.  He will be deeply missed.
