Mr. James Askes Waters ( Smute Gator Julio was born April 10, 1954 to John (Bud) Henry Waters and Catherine (Momma Cat) Waters who proceeded him in death. James joined Shady Grove AME Church at an early age.
James had a heart of gold., a smile that would light up anybodies day, and a tongue as sharp as a knife.
His life came to an end on April 13, 2020 at his home in Elba, Alabama. Proceeding him in death was his brothers Leroy Raymond, Henry Waters, and one sister Jimmie Lee Waters.
James leaves two daughters Onchelle (Lenzell) Crittenden; Lachelle Waters both of Opp, Al. three sister Lucille Hammonds, Mary Waters, Louuise ( Vernon) Harris One brither Skeeter (Polly) Waters and one very very special life partner Zella McClendon, three grandson and one granddaughter two great grandsons and one great granddaughter to cherish his memory. Along host of very special host of nieces, nephews and close friends.
