Harvey was born to Harvey Clarence Williams, Sr. and Mary Etta Williams on June 12, 1958. Our Heavenly Father called him home April 11, 2019. He left behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Peggy Williams, his parents, Children; Michael Reynolds, Venecia (William) Thomas, Demetriss Potts, Delveccio Potts, Nayoka Potts, Clarence Potts, and Erica Potts, Sisters; Marilyn Edwards, Tammy Dickens, Melody Upshaw, and Zulena Scott, brothers; Derrick Wilson, and Kemuel (William), sixteen grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and countless friends.
