Fonda F. Folmar

Ms. Fonda Fernay Folmar, better known as Jackie was 
born November 26, 1964 to Fannie Folmar and Rubert Tillis. She 
attended the Alabama School for the Deaf & Blind. She furthered her education at the North Florida College & Floyd Jr. College in 
Rome, GA.  As a child everyone knew Jackie in the neighborhood 
especially John Siler, he took her everywhere and thought she was 
an angel. On 12/31/19 this angel took her wings and went home to 
be with the lord.  Fonda leaves to mourn pleasant memories, her daughter,
Niquitha  (Robert) Folmar, mother; Fannie (William) Folmar 
Brooks, grandchildren; Kasyhia Tishea and Kaliyah Ryleighia 
Folmar, sisters; Carlos Folmar, Santoria King and Melanie 
Bell, brothers; R.V. Folmar Jr, Robin (Dianne) Stinson, Perry 
Stinson Jr. and LaVaVis (Melissa) Edwards,  host of nieces, 
nephews cousins, and friends,  special aunts, Mary Starks and 
Sharon Siler.
