Estella Belcher Williams entered into God's kingdom on Sunday, September 22, 2022 at her home in Elba. She was born March 7, 1936 to the late Oliver and Hessie Belcher. Estella attended Rocky Head Church School in her early years and lived her life to the fullest with laughter and love. Estella loved watching the Atlanta Braves and cooking, especially cakes and pies. She was surrounded by family and friends who loved her dearly. She gave her life to Christ and joined the Rocky Head Missionary Baptist Church and served in many capacities lastly, Church Mother until her death. She was preceded in death by her parents; spouse, James L.Williams; four brothers, Wallace, Grover, Collis and William: two sisters: Vera Mae and Josephine; two grandchildren, Charity Edwards and Xavier Gillord. She leaves to cherish her fond memories three sons, Reverend Arthur D. Gillord, Pastor Aubrey R. (Lady Bessie) Williams, both of Elba, Alabama and Steve (Sharon) Williams of New Brockton, Alabama; three daughters, Audrey Williams (Jeffrey) Bennett of Acworth, Georgia Debbie Williams (Bishop Emmett) Bright of Macon, Georgia and Patti Williams (Freddie) Culver of Elba, Alabama; three sisters, Inez Long of Glenwood, Alabama, Gussie (Henry) Hart of Groveland, Florida, and Mary Stephens of Malvern, Ohio; one brother, Jackie Belcher of Groveland, Florida; a sister-in-law, Corine Williams Daniels of Elba, Alabama. Estella, fondly known as Nunny, had nineteen grandchildren, thirty great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews. She also had adopted children, Bro. Adam Carlee, a special thanks for continued encouragement, Jimmy Coleman (nephew), Rebecca Harrison (nurse), Vivian Burnette and Zena Cole, special thanks for being Estella's caretaker.
