Dora Normon Obituary

Dora Madge Norman, 83, passed on February 20, 2023.
She was born to Carl Nevel Royer and Bessie Lee Dodd Royer on May 19, 1939, in Jasper, Texas. Dora was the youngest of nine children William Royer, Charles Royer, Thomas Royer, Enoch Royer, Bessie Royer Barnett, Robert Royer, Susie Royer Holloway, and Lorene Royer. 
Dora was the last surviving child of Carl and Bessie Royer.
On December 21, 1960, Dora was united in Holy Matrimony to Bailey Tamalage Norman and from this union, two children were born: Kathy Norman Dubose and Bobby Norman. 
Bailey, along with their great-grandson Princeton, preceded her in death. 
Dora spent the rest of her days with her daughter Kathy and her family. She loved the Lord! Her hobbies included going to church, spending time with her family, and drinking a hot cup of coffee no matter what time of day it was. She is survived by 7 grandchildren: Michelle (Fred), Norma, Susie, Eddie, Samantha, Jennifer, and Gloria (Randall); 19 great-grandchildren: Emma, Malaya, Madilyn, Ny’kyia, Isabelle, Dru, Sola, Skylar, Bryson, Bailey, Remy, Cameron, Braxton, Bella, Chan, Israel, Issac, Angelia, and Randall Jr.; her good friend Jeffery Sellers, and a host of nieces, nephews, close relatives and friends.
