Daniel Blake

Born on July 21, 2005, Daniel was the cherished son of Natasha Blake and Jerry Price Jr., and a beloved brother whose presence brought warmth and strength to those around him. A proud and loyal partner to Katlynn Lett (Kay Kay), Daniel’s love was unwavering and full of promise.

From an early age, Daniel stood out for his vibrant spirit, kindness, and dedication. He was a talented athlete, known for his passion and drive on the football field. His teammates knew him as a leader, a motivator, and a true friend- someone who gave everything he had, not just in sports but in life.

Daniel had recently graduated from Daleville High School and had been preparing to attend college in August to pursue a career in plumbing, ready to chase his dreams and build a future full of purpose. Those who knew him will remember his infectious smile and laughter, his gentle soul, and the way he made people feel seen and loved.

Though his time with us was far too short, Daniel left an indelible mark on the lives he touched. His memory will live on in the stories we share, the love we carry forward, and the countless hearts he inspired.

He is survived by his parents Natasha and Jerry. Linda Owens his grandmother. His siblings Darius, Durrell, Dylan, and Kaitlyn; his loving partner Katlynn Lett and stepfather Gerald Flowers; his aunts Jennifer, Heather, and Melissa; his uncle John; extended family; teammates; and countless friends who mourn his loss and celebrate his life.

Rest easy, Daniel. Your light will never fade.
