Carla Stackhouse was born to Norma and Douglas Stackhouse in Georgiana, AL on August 23, 1983 she was born the third child born of five children.
Carla joined the Georgiana Church of Christ at a young age Brother Robert Davison and Brother Peterson officiating the Baptism. She remained a member until her death. Carla attended Robert L. Austin Elementary School Georgiana, AL. She was a member of the 2001 Georgiana High School Marching Band in which she played the saxophone for four years while in high school she attended the upward bound program at Lurlene B. Wallace program in Andalusia, AL, in which she successfully completed. Upon graduating from High School her faith lead her to attend Faulkner University in Montgomery, AL. She studied the life of Christ and Business. Carla later moved to Coffee County in search of her future, in which two children were born Marshawn and Taraji. They were the light of her life. She was a good mother to her children, she loved them and always made sure they participated in all programs the school had to offer. She always attended their programs and games. Carla always was good with her hands she loved making decorations & designing art. She could put things together in such a beautiful way. She also could create hair designs which she enjoyed. Carla worked with a number or people while she worked on a number of jobs. The one that stands out is her work at Fort Rucker. She was very successful at and it was rewarding too. Carla leaves to cherish her memories to one son: Marshawn Dalon Fitzpatrick of Enterprise, AL,; one daughter: Taraji Delani Webster Enterprise, AL; father & mother: Douglas & Norma Stackhouse Georgiana, AL; two sisters: Kayland Chantal (Frank) Teemer Cincinnati, OH and Shelby Inike Stackhouse (Robert) Dickerson Enterprise, AL,; two brothers: Romelle Seals (Lawanna) Radcliff, KY, Douglas Stackhouse Columbus, GA; three aunts: Margaret Ann (Donald Ray), Janet Simpson of Georgiana, AL, Grace Jackson Montgomery, AL; one uncle Elgin Mcmeans Georgina, AL; five special friends: Caroline Lawrence, Curtis Fitzpatrick, Curt Webster, Lucy Jones, and Duana Hill and a host of nieces nephews, and cousins. We all love and will miss you.
