Betty Lou Stanley Sauls, 76, of Elba, AL went to be with her Lord and Savior, on Friday, July 12, 2024, at her home in Elba, AL, after an extended illness.
Betty was born February 7, 1948, to Clayton Stanley and Mattie Lena Stanley of Elba, AL. She met and married Lee Lamar Sauls of Elba. They were married for 57 years. They went on to have two sons, Stanley Lee Sauls and Steven Douglas Sauls. She was a constant supporter of her family. Her family meant more to her than anything in the world.
Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton and Mattie Lena Stanley, her brother, James Thomas (Tom) Nix, and brother-in-law, Jerry Michael (Mike) Sauls.
She is survived by her husband, Lee Lamar (Bo) Sauls, sons, Stan (Lori) and Stevie (Denise) Sauls, granddaughters, Sophie Sauls, Maddie (Brady) Johnson, Alli Grace McCarthy, grandsons, Chace (Olivia), Logan McCarthy and Collin Sauls, great-granddaughters, Stevie Leland Sauls, and Kennedy Johnson, sisters, Linda (Chip) Westbrook, Kathy (Bobby) Edmondson, brother, Billy Cannon (Lorrie), sister-in-law, Sharon Nix and Faye Sauls, and many nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
