Betty Jones

Betty Sue Jones was born November 20, 1941 in Coffee County, AL to the late Joe Lee Jones and Ethel Lee Brunner.   After a fruitful life, she entered into the rest with the Lord Friday, June 5, 2020.  Betty Jones moved during her teen years moved to Los Angeles, CA where she resided for over 30 years then she moved back to Alabama in 1979 where she worked and retired from Walmart in Enterprise, AL.  After retirement she continued to work faithfully to encourage and support many Pastors in the community.  
Betty cooked and sold meals regularly as a way to support various local pastors. She also had an annual musical program in June and split the proceeds to the various pastors she supported.  Betty accepted Christ at an early age and have been a faithful member for over 35 years of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church, Daleville, AL, where her pastor is Rev Vernon Hogan.  She was a dedicated servant of the Lord Jesus Christ and to the preachers and to the saints of God.  You could always find her working in ministry and serving in the gospel music community.
