Steve Johnson

The late Mr. Steve Johnson was born to Mr. Dozier and Emma 
Jewell Johnson of Enterprise, AL.

Steve enjoyed a full and “zesty” life with his siblings, family, and friends. At an early age he joined Union Grove Missionary Baptist Church on Bellwood Road Enterprise, AL. After high school he moved to Cleveland, Ohio and raised a family. He returned home to Enterprise in April 1989. Steve known affectionately by his family and friends as “Worm” and the “Fun Uncle” .

Steve enjoyed fishing and having a good time. He was his happiest when surrounded by friends, partying, and having cookouts. 

He is preceded in death by his father and mother, two brothers; Arthur Williams Johnson, and Jerry Wayne Seago, two nephews; Joey Johnson and Darin Seago.

Steve leaves to cherish his memories a devoted wife; Mary Ellen Johnson, son; Steve Maurice (Kindria) Johnson Jr.  of Akron, Ohio, sister; Emma Doris Seago, brothers; Joe W. (Sue) Johnson, Johnny C. (Carolyn) Johnson, all of Enterprise, AL. stepson; Isaiha Renslen of Ozark, AL, stepdaughter; Michelle Allen of Alburque, New Mexico, three grandchildren; Jariah, Kadence, and Kacey all of Akron, Ohio and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
