Mr. Otho Junior Perkins 63 passed away on September 26, 2018 in Ozark, AL. His wife Beverly Tracey Denise Perkins proceeded him in death.
Born in New Brockton, AL, He was the son of the late Ralph Junior Perkins and Lille Elsie Campbell-Phillips-Perkins-Hatten. He was employed as a painter when employed. He was a member of the Westside Church of Christ in Ozark, AL. He enjoyed reading his Bible, playing cards, eating peppermints, music, smoking, family, walking, and Church. He will be remembered for his personality, naming himself “King Snake” and “The realest Nigga” lol and his seriousness in saying “for real, real, real, real” and naming his “Angels” around him. I loved him the most for his personality and the way he made me feel (loved), he never changed, always the same. He is proceeded in death by two sisters; Peggy Louise Phillips-McClain and Lillie B Hatten.
He is survived by his children; Otho Earl (Brittany-Michelle Perkins), Pensacola, FL, Chablis Lanier ( Johnny Lanier Perkins) Onycha, AL, Tori Perkins Ozark, AL, Olivia Z. (Terry Crittenden) Onycha, AL, Jonathan Herbert Perkins Headland, AL, Bryan Deon Reed from Crestview, FL, Raphael Perkins, Zaria Perkins and two nieces; Nesa Stewart, Erica Phillips, nephew Derrick Phillips proceeded him in death. He leaves to mourn his passing a sister a Mary Lue (Fletcher) Phillips, Mary Lue (Fletcher) Benson Ozark, AL, three brothers; Johnny (Donella) Phillips, Mack Arthur ( Mike) Phillips Ozark, AL, and Darrell (Sharon) Hatten of Ozark, AL, eleven granddaughters, four grandsons, six nephews, four nieces, eleven great nephews, eight great nieces, and two great great nieces and a host of friends and relatives. We love OJ, but God love you more.
