Joseph "Joe" Jackson

Mr. Joseph E. Jackson was born May 8, 1956 in Enterprise, Alabama to the late Nora and Gilbet Jackson. He received Christ at an early age and joined John Chapel A.M.E. Church and later joined Friendship Baptist Church. He attended elementary and high school in Enterprise, AL. Joe had a passion for sports, especially baseball, which he was the coach of the first Enterprise Semi Pro baseball team and many other baseball teams. 

Joe worked at Ft. Rucker, AL and also for the city of 
Enterprise, Alabama. He took care of his mother and was a caretaker for his brother Freddie. Joe was a kind, generous, loving person with a gentle spirit. He was always on the battle field for the Lord.

 Joe was preceded in death by his parents; Nora and Gilbert Jackson, brother, Reverend Willie Lewis Jackson, Sister; Eloise White.

Joe leaves to cherish his memories: loving sisters and brothers; Willie Jackson (Gail), Ann Sankey (Willie), Robert Jackson (Kelly), Ruth Gordon, Maeola Flowers, Daniel Jackson, and Freddie Jackson, Uncle; Jake Jackson (Evelyn) also a host of nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
