Dorothy Miller

Dorothy McTear was born to the Late Lamon McTear and the late Annie Doris Gibson McTear on July 15, 1950 in Dozier Alabama. She departed this life on Sunday evening May 6, 2018 at the Southeast Medical Center in Dothan, Alabama. She is proceeded in death by brother Ronald Randel McTear and sister Elizabeth McTear also preceded her in death.She joined the Jordon Grove Baptist Church in Dozier Alabama at an early age. In her adulthood she moved to Opp Alabama where she then joined the Oakgrove Baptist Church and remained a member until her demise.

She leaves to cherish her memory;  a loving companion Mike Lindsey Opp, AL, three brothers: Donald McTear, Dozier, AL, Calvin McTear, Opp AL, and Natonia Derrell Washington Dothan, AL; five sisters: Angennette Williams Opp, AL, Sandra Howard Dozier, AL, Brenda Kelley Opp, AL, Roselyn McTear Andalusia, AL, and Felisha McTear Dozier, AL and a host of nieces, nephews cousins and friends.
