He leaves to cherish his memories wife; Kezia L. Crittendon Phillips married September 2, 1997, children; Tytianna L. Phillips, Derrick D. Phillips II, James J. Phillips, Kayla A. Phillips, and Jaleicia Reynolds, Siblings; Angela Phillips, Johnny Jerome Phillips, Willie A Phillips, Bretta Phillips.
