Mr. D.C. Davis was born on March 16, 1935 to the late Ms. Emma Thomas and Mr. Chris Davis of Alabama. He attended Cross Road School in Alabama.
Mr. D.C. Davis later moved to Ft. Lauderdale, FL where he started working as a cook at Wolfie’s restaurant and later began working at Northridge Medical Center for the next 20 plus years until he retired. D.C. began a fellowship at Williams Memorial CME Church where he enjoyed worshipping until his health declined. He departed from this life on October 14, 2019 at his home in Ft. Lauderdale.
He is proceeded in death by his two wives; Mrs. Gladiola Davis, and Mrs. Lucille Walker Davis, parents; Ms. Emma Thomas, and Chris Davis. He leaves to cherish his memories two daughters; Ms Andra Inman of Bedford, Ohio, Ms. Nina Davis of Fort Lauderdale, FL, five grandchildren, four great grandchildren, aunt, cousins, nieces, nephews, and church family.
