Mr. James Sweet was born on June 13th, 1944 to the late Willie and Bessie Sweet. He was the first of five children. September 2nd, 2017 the Lord sent his angel to quietly carry him home.

At an early age he accepted Christ as his savior at St. Luke Missionary Baptist Church, Which was later changed to New Mount Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Montgomery, Alabama.  He remained a faithful member even during his illness. He retired from Green Thumb Nursey.

He leaves to love and cherish his memory four sisters Christine Sweet Scott of Enterprise, Alabama, Ethel Sweet of Birmingham, Alabama, Lola Sweet  Williams of Milwaukee Wisconsin (Deceased) Lena M Sweet Bucker of Louisville, Kentucky (Deceased) Aunt Eva Louise Sconiers, Nora Jackson, Lola Nathan, Kate Hatten. (All Deceased) and a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, church family, friends, and very devoted niece Shemeka Sweet of Enterprise, Alabama.
